I’m José Manuel Salgado, a technical writer for SaaS based in La Paz, a neat town situated by the stunning Sea of Cortez in the Baja California Peninsula, in Mexico. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Oceanography and a Master’s in Education from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California.

I work with multilingual teams in English, German, and Spanish, creating documentation that resonates across markets. I’ve developed documentation for organizations such as Cyncly and Publicis Groupe.

Having worked for 3 years for AnyTrack, I’m also able to design, develop, deploy, and test API solutions and automation for conversion tracking, ecommerce, lead generation, etc.

Outside of work, I swim in the sea and am currently preparing for a diving project—reconnecting with my oceanographic roots and the natural beauty that surrounds me.
