I’m José Salgado, a technical writer and knowledge base manager with a background in oceanology and education. I hold a B.Sc. in Oceanology from the Facultad de Ciencias Marinas and an M.Sc. in Education from the Instituto de Investigación y Desarrollo Educativo, both part of the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California. I’m based in La Paz, Baja California Sur—a beautiful place by the Sea of Cortez.
Currently, I work as a tech support specialist at AnyTrack.io, where I’ve spent over two years documenting the evolving software features and helping marketers implement data-driven tracking solutions. I also offer freelance technical writing and knowledge base management services through Upwork.
Drawing from my experience at AnyTrack, I’m now launching an affiliate marketing project focused on optimization through data-driven conversion tracking and performance analysis.
